The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even upgraded my room to a larger one. The location was perfect, situated in the heart of the city close to transportation options, shops, and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, with options. the hotel was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The location of this hotel is excellent, especially if you need to catch a ferry or travel to the Asian side of this vibrant city. The rooms are clean and spacious, providing good value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful, offering a warm welcome and accommodating my early check-in request. The breakfast selection was impressive, providing a good start to the day.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the waterfront and ferry terminals, making it easy to access the different parts of the city. There are also many quaint shops in the area, perfect for exploring. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and the staff make great efforts to take care of small details. The breakfast buffet offers a good range of food, providing a nice introduction to Turkish cuisine.
The wifi signal in the room is poor, which can be inconvenient for guests who rely on a strong internet connection during their stay.
